OSTEOARTHRITIS/ RHEUMATOID ARTHRITIS

 Osteoarthritis is a condition where the cartilage in the joints breaks down, causing pain and stiffness. It is more common in older adults and affects joints like the knees and hips. Rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disease that causes inflammation in the joints, leading to pain and damage. Unlike osteoarthritis, it can affect joints on both sides of the body and often occurs at a younger age. Both conditions are treated with medication, physical therapy, and lifestyle changes.
