COMPUTER NECK SYNDROME

Computer neck syndrome is a condition caused by prolonged sitting or poor posture while using a computer. It results in pain and stiffness in the neck, shoulders, and upper back due to muscle strain and poor alignment. Symptoms include neck pain, headaches, and tension in the shoulders. The condition is often worsened by long hours of screen time without breaks or proper ergonomics. Treatment typically includes posture correction, stretching exercises, and regular breaks from the computer.
